Wellshot Centre

The Wellshot Centre is the keping place for the story of one of Australia's greatest sheep stations, Wellshot Station, about 45 kilometres from Ilfracombe.

The Wellshot Centre tells the story of how the station was formed, how people lived and worked on it, and how the Ilfracombe town and district grew around it.

It is a great and proud story of times when Australia rode on the sheep's back, of the places and the people who made that possible.
